Frequently asked questions:
Do I need to replant the garden?
No - not unless you want to. Our garden kits come with durable reusable grow bags with a special soil formulation. The plants can live happily in the bag. You can reuse the bag next season for more plants or seeds (we're planning to offer a seed service for existing customers). The bags have handles so you can easily move them around.
Can you plant the garden for me?
All our gardens are sold as kits, but if you would prefer for us to plant it for you, just send us an email - we'd be delighted to at no extra cost.
Where do you get your soil?
We source it from local nurseries
Do you guarantee that the plants will grow?
Unfortunately we can't guarantee that plants will grow. We wish we could! There are two many factors that can cause a problem - over watering, under watering, too little sun, too much sun, physical damage etc. If you are having trouble with your plants, please email us (oakcitylittlegardens@gmail.com) and we will try to help you figure out your problem.
Do I need to be home for delivery?
No - just let us know a sheltered location where you'd like us to put your gardening kit!
How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
Typically within 2 days, depending on how busy we are! If it's going to be longer, we'll let you know!
